Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 system. Asked customer to turn AC on to confirm operation. Checked all electrical. Chemically Cleaned outside unit, measured pressures for R22. Measured temperature drop at 19 degrees. Cleaned evaporator coil and clean condensate line. Arrived to fault condensate pump. Replaced the pump, Performed efficiency test utilizing MeasureQuick. System running as it should.
Performed annual heating maintenance on two furnaces. Changed 16x25x1 filter and 14x24x1 filter. Cleaned burners and blower cabinet. Cleaned flame sensors. Bother systems operating as they should. Performed dryer vent cleaning .
